Which items are not eligible for a return or exchange?

The following items are NOT eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items delivered more than 30 days ago
  • Items that are worn, washed or missing the original tags/packaging
  • Customized items
  • Discounted items

What is the return policy?

Full-price items in original condition are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.). If the return is a customer error, the customer will pay the freight for the return of the product. If it is an exchange of a product of the same value (customer ordered the wrong size or product), the customer will pay for freight for the return of the product.

What is the refund timeframe?

If a refund is processed for any reason it can take up to 2-4 business days to reflect on the original form of payment used at checkout. When a refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation confirming this is completed.
